Stayed here recently with my girlfriend and I have to say it was absolutely lovely. Super chill, nice room with HUGE bed, next level breakfasts and right in the heart of Falmouth. Can't ask for more. I think I saw a review with someone complaining about stains on the carpet in the hallway. WHO CARES! It's the hallway.
A comfortable and quiet space, with a nice selection of drinks and staff that are friendly and make you feel welcome. The lighting trends dim, and the rooms are well furnished making it a great place to spend the evening drinking hours.
Excellent location and great rooms with high ceilings. The rooms at the front of the property have a harbour view. Funky rooms with a shabby chic vibe overall. Wouldn't pay more than £60 per night however.
Fairly quiet so good if you want to get away from the busy town especially during the holiday seasons, or even just to have a few quiet drinks and play a game of pool with friends. Often when I visit they run out of change and ask you to pay by card, and often run out of something on tap, but if you don't mind this then it's a good place to visit

Stayed here for three nights, absolutely lovely staff. Amazing breakfast! Would recommend to anyone definitely stay here again. Great location right by the docks, beach and town. Lovely rooms and comfortable beds with amazing bathroom and everything you need!!

Room was okay. Big bath and nice view. Very good location! Fresh ingredients used to prepare a breakfast. However, the entrance, the hall, the reception and the restaurant weren't clean enough.
